2026–27 pay position: The Government accepted the School Teachers' Review Body recommendation for a 3.5% increase from 1 September 2026 for teacher and leadership pay ranges and advisory points in England, with a 5% increase to the minimum of the unqualified teacher range outside London. The final STPCD 2026 has not yet been published, so the current statutory STPCD link still points to the 2025 document while the 2026 consultation/final document process is completed.
